1. Informational Services Only

Atlas Nominee Services provides administrative nominee appointment services. Our services are informational and administrative in nature. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for legal and tax matters.

2. No Legal or Tax Advice

Atlas does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or accounting services. Any information provided by Atlas is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal or tax counsel.

3. Client Representations

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that: all information provided is accurate and complete; the business will be operated lawfully; you will comply with all applicable laws, including beneficial ownership disclosure requirements; you will not use our services to conceal unlawful activity, evade taxes, or misrepresent ownership to banks, processors, or regulatory authorities.

4. Scope of Authority

The scope of any nominee appointment is strictly limited to what is defined in the written agreement between Atlas and the client. Atlas does not take operational control of any business, does not make business decisions, and does not access client funds unless explicitly authorized in writing for specific, defined actions.

5. Fees and Renewals

Fees are quoted after compliance review and are subject to change upon renewal. All appointments require annual renewal. Failure to pay fees or complete renewal may result in termination of the appointment. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

6. Right to Refuse and Terminate

Atlas reserves the right to refuse service to any applicant and to terminate any existing appointment at its discretion. Grounds for refusal or termination include but are not limited to: false or incomplete information, suspected unlawful activity, failure to cooperate with compliance requests, unpaid fees, and failure to complete filing updates after notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atlas provides services on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim. Atlas is not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions caused by third parties, including government agencies, banks, or payment processors.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the service agreement between Atlas and the client.
