We collect personal information necessary for compliance screening and nominee appointment services, including: full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, contact information, government-issued identification, proof of address, beneficial ownership details, business information, banking and payment processor details, and source of funds information.

2. Purpose of Collection

Personal information is collected and processed for the following purposes: compliance screening and identity verification, nominee appointment administration, filing and registration with government agencies, ongoing compliance monitoring, communication regarding services, and fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with: government agencies and regulatory authorities when required by law or lawful request; banks and payment processors as required for KYC and compliance purposes; legal and compliance professionals retained by Atlas; and courts or law enforcement in response to valid legal process.

Personal information is retained for the duration of the nominee appointment and for a minimum of seven years after termination, or longer if required by applicable law or regulation. Records may be retained indefinitely where required for ongoing legal or regulatory compliance.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
